Saravana Pandian S.A.
Founder, CEO and Managing Director

Saravana Pandian boasts an impressive 22 years of experience in the field of embedded engineering, having worked across a diverse range of domains such as Industrial Automation, Automotive, Semiconductors, and Consumer Electronics. He began his career at a couple of Fortune 100 embedded companies before moving on to set up and lead the R&D Division of a European Industrial Automation major in India. In pursuit of his passion, he founded Embien, a company with a vision to become a leader in the product engineering field. As the head of Embien, he is responsible for overseeing the company's overall strategy, technological advancements, and management. Saravana holds a degree in Electronics engineering from MK University.

Gopalakrishnan M
Director - Technology & Site Director – Bangalore

Gopalakrishnan is a proficient embedded engineer with a remarkable track record of over 22+ years of expertise in the Automotive and IoT sector. He has been instrumental in designing numerous cutting-edge products for industrial, automotive, and medical segments. While working with leading embedded engineering firms in India, he held a significant leadership role as the head of an automotive center of excellence at a prestigious services firm. He formulated a strategic vision, effectively directed and executed the CoE's mission, and represented it in Europe and the USA, achieving numerous project triumphs along the way. Gopalakrishnan holds a degree in Electronics & Communications engineering from MK University.

Dhandapani M
Site Director – Chennai

Dhandapani is the head of Embien's Chennai operations and has more than 25 years of experience in the embedded domain. An accomplished engineer himself, he has worked with leading semiconductor companies and global industrial automation majors, bringing in a wealth of knowledge in embedded software engineering. Additionally, he manages the process management at Embien to comply with ISO Quality management standards. He holds the master’s degree in software systems from BITS, Pilani.

Dhanajayan K S
Manager – Hardware

Dhananjayan is a key member of the Embien team, who has been one of the first engineers to join the company. He is responsible for leading the development of embedded hardware and has over 12 years of experience in this field. Dhananjayan has successfully designed complex embedded devices and manages some of the company's most important customer accounts. He holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University.

Venkatesh K
Associate Director - Business Development

Venkatesh is the driving force behind the business development of Embien. He is responsible for both marketing and sales strategies. With over 18 years of experience working with some of the leading embedded engineering services and product development companies, he understands the customers expectations well. He scale and promote solutions that matter by delivering key outcomes, and by swiftly adapting to new challenges. He is a specialist in the US, Japan, Europe and Indian markets. Venkatesh holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from MKU University and an MBA in Marketing from Bharathiar University.

Saranya Mariswari M
Director – Operations

Saranya Mariswari has been leading the administration of the company for more than 13 years since its inception. With a background in finance, she handles all the accounting and finance functions, which include budgeting and ensuring audit compliance. Furthermore, she is responsible for overseeing the HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and ensuring the general well-being of all employees. Saranya holds an M.Sc degree in Computer Science from VIT and an MBA in Finance from MK University.
