Sparklet v3.3.3

The following features and enhancements are included in Sparklet Version 3.3.3.

Features and Changes
- Support for Debug message.
- Support for Horizontal and Vertical Frustum effects.
- Support for Text rotation - Sparklet incorporates a text rotation feature supporting angles of 90, 180, and 270 degrees.
Bug Fixes
- None
Impact
- The latest version of Flint-3.3.2, can only accommodate the frustum effect if upgrade to Sparklet version 3.3.3. However, other features and functionalities in previous versions of Flint/Sparklet 3.3 will remain unaffected by the changes in the current version.
