A color overlay effect is used to creatively change the color of an image. Sometimes, a single image needs to be used in different hues, which may result in an increase in memory.
To overcome this, color overlay effects are a great way to change the image color in Flint.
Note: Export desired images with areas of white and image format should be changed to A8 in flint.efp, if the color overlay is applied to the widget. The color overlay effect might not be visible during simulation, but it is observable on the board.
